Honouring the Seasons Change In You

If your on the same side of the globe as we are, you may have noticed the first little twinge of Autumn creeping in. 

Summer is full of glory. A time to soak up the sunshine and let it fill you from the inside out. The long, glorious days let us make the most of time, moving from boiling hot mornings to those precious summer nights where you are somewhere outside just not wanting them to end. Even if your not on holiday, summer just makes you feel like you are!

As we move into Autumn, yes, we all know the age old advice of honouring the time to tuck inwards. But oh it's so much more than that. Yes, for some, it is a time to slow down, but it's also a time to recognise that just like the seasons we change too. We are most likely a different person than we were this time last year when the seasons changed. Lessons have be learnt, maybe some people may have come and gone from your circle, emotions felt, then recognised, and then let go of. Beautiful things may have happened, hard things may have tested us, and through it all, you are here...but maybe its just not the same you.

As we move into Autumn this is a good time to look at this idea and recognise the change in yourself. We are all constantly evolving, sometimes you just need to sit down with yourself and see just how much you have.

Some crystals I am personally using during this time are Carnelian, Angelite & Amazonite. All have their own properties, but are great stones for self reflection, change and carry a gentle empowering energy.
