All orders leave our little studio within 24hrs (on business days). Once dispatched, allow 2-6 business days for standard shipping or 1-3 business days for express shipping Australia Wide.
Using a piece of string, measure around your wrist. Choose the size closest to that measurment. If you do choose the wrong size you can always exchange it for the smaller/larger size.
We are a very small team here, so due to time management we are unable to faciliate any custom work.
We want you to feel completely happy with the piece you choose. We do not offer refunds, but we are more than happy to exchange your piece whether that's due to change of mind, needing a different size, or simply that another piece is calling you. Every piece of jewellery is made by us from our little studio in Tasmania, Australia.
Yes. Every piece of jewellery is crafted from real, natural gemstones.
We use a very specific industrial strength jewellers elastic. This material is chosen for its durability and strength.
You'll find a "Product Care" tab on each jewellery listing sharing the care recommendations for the piece.
ELASTIC BRACELETS: We suggest not wearing your jewellery in hot water. We use an industrial strength jewellers elastic and it is extreamly strong, but over time hot water may cause it to weaken. Our Sterling Silver range can be worn in cold water/the ocean. We suggest all other metals and collections do not come into contact with water to allow for the longevity of the metals.
DAINTY JEWELLERY: Our sterling silver dainty collections can be worn in the water/shower/ocean. Please note the little crimps used on these pieces are Tibetan Silver and will eventually change to a copper colour.
