EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
At Headless Nation we pride ourselves on bringing our customers quality products and to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchased products send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and we will gladly exchange the product.
(We do not offer refunds but happy to exchange in "change of mind" circumstances. We want you to feel like you got the perfect product from us! Just shoot us through an email with any enquiry or drop in store and make sure the notes below are followed...)
- Products must be unworn/unused/unwashed.
- Products must be returned in the original garment bags/boxes/packaging.
- If you wish to exchange your item, contact MUST be made with in 10 days of purchase, and all exchanges finalised within 30days.
- A prepaid envelop with your address must be enclosed in the returned parcel so we can send your new handmade goodie off to you!

Please allow 2-7 business days Australia wide and 7-14 business days Internationally.
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Any custom/import fees charged to you by your countries customs are your responsibility and are at your own cost.
