Each piece of jewellery is handmade in our Tasmanian studio using natural gemstones, carefully selected by hand for their colour, character and beauty. We take great care in choosing our materials and creating each piece, so they can be worn and loved by you on your journey.

As a small business we do not offer refunds, but we are more than happy to exchange your piece.

A FEW LITTLE THINGS TO KNOW

• Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at headlessnation@gmail.com
• When returning your piece, we'll ask you to include a prepaid, self-addressed envelope so we can send your new handmade treasure back to you.

CHANGE OF MIND

Sometimes you simply realise another piece is calling you. Or perhaps the sizing doesn't feel 100% right.

While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we’re very happy to arrange an exchange. We want you to find the piece that feels right for you.

Please email us within 3 days of your delivery and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

CARE & BREAKAGE

Our elastic bracelets are made using professional, industrial-strength jeweller’s elastic, selected for its strength and durability.

However, jewellery is delicate by nature, and accidents can happen. Breakage caused by wear, accidents or damage is not covered by our exchange policy, so please take a little extra care with your pieces. For more info on caring for your treasures visit the "Product Care" tab available on each product page.

If something does happen to your jewellery, please get in touch. While we can’t guarantee a repair or replacement, we’re always happy to have a look and see what we can do.
