SHIPPING DELAYS THIS WEEK:
All orders placed before 12pm Sunday 12th July will ship Monday 13th July.
All orders placed after 12pm Sunday 12th July will ship Friday 17th July.
Thank you for your understanding while we take a teeny-tiny break to see family.

Processing Times

All orders are packed and sent with in 24hrs (on business days) of receiving your order/ your order being placed.
All orders are hand picked and packed right from our studio by the two of us.
We pride ourselves on using the national postal service, Australia Post for all online orders.

Delivery Times

STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Wide)

Please allow 2-6 business days for standard shipping
If you live in a remote area please allow up to 7 stardand business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Wide)
Please allow 1-3 business days for Express Shipping
Please note Australia Post does not not guarantee next day delivery, however this is still the fastest shipping option they offer.

Tracking

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Upon dispatch you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking details.

PO Box & Parcel Locker

We are more than happy to ship your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

International Taxes & Levies

For all orders sent outside Australia, duties, taxes & levies may be applicable and are not collected by us.

NEW ZEALAND: A low value goods levy of $2.21 NZD + GST per order, and $1.28 NZD per kilo is applicable to any orders sent to New Zealand under $1000. Please note most parcels we send are under 500g. We are unable to collect this fee, and it will be sent to you from a 3rd party to be paid before your order is released to you.

Can I modify my order?

All orders are processed with in 24hrs. If you need to modify your order please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note no orders can be cancelled once you have placed your order.
