Processing Times

• All orders are packed and sent with in 24hrs of receiving your order/ your order being placed.
• All orders are hand picked and packed right from our studio by the two of us.
• We pride ourselves on using the national postal service, Australia Post for all online orders.

Delivery Times

       STANDARD SHIPPING

• Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping
• If you live in a remote area please allow up to 7 stardand business days.
  
  EXPRESS SHIPPING
• Please allow 1-3 business days for Express Shipping
• Please note Australia Post does not not guarantee next day delivery, however this is still the fastest shipping option they offer.

Tracking

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Upon dispatch you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

PO Box & Parcel Locker

We are more than happy to ship your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker. 

Can I modify my order?

All orders are processed with in 24hrs. If you need to modify your order please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note no orders can be cancelled once you have placed your order.
