SHIPPING
IMPORTANT NOTE: All orders placed between Thursday 25th April-Sunday 28th April will be sent on Monday 29th of April due to the public holiday/long weekend.
All orders are processed from Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
Processing Times
- All orders are packed and sent with in 24hrs of receiving your order/ your order being placed.
- All orders are hand picked and packed right from our studio by the two of us.
- We pride ourselves on offering courier service for all online orders (PO Box and Parcel Locker shipping addresses are sent with Australia Post.)
Delivery Times
- Please allow 1-7 business days for standard courier shipping.
- If you live in a remote area please allow up to 14 business days.
Tracking
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Upon dispatch you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.
PO Box & Parcel Locker
We are more than happy to ship your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, please note we use Australia Post for these addresses instead of courier delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the online check out. No changes can be made to a placed order including but not limited to removing items from your order or cancelling your order.
